At I’mposible by Nomaan, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the following terms and conditions.
1. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or refund, all of the following conditions must be met:
7-Day Return Window: Your return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Bottle Condition: The perfume bottle must not be damaged, broken, cracked, or tampered with.
Box Condition: The original perfume box and packaging must be intact and undamaged.
Fragrance Usage: No more than 5 ml of fragrance may have been used from the bottle.
Original Packaging: The perfume must be returned with its original box and all included accessories.
Proof of Purchase: You must provide your order number or purchase confirmation.
All returned products are subject to inspection before a refund is approved.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please provide your order number, the reason for the return, and clear photographs of the perfume bottle and its packaging.
Do not ship the product back until you receive confirmation and return instructions from our team.
3. Refund Processing
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect the bottle, packaging, and remaining fragrance to confirm that all return conditions have been met.
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed through your original payment method, where available. The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If the returned product does not meet our eligibility requirements, we will inform you of the outcome.
4. Return Shipping Costs
For change-of-mind returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us promptly. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives with a broken or damaged bottle, leakage, damaged packaging, or an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs as evidence.
After reviewing your claim, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund where applicable.
6. Important Conditions
Return requests submitted after the 7-day period may not be accepted, except where required by applicable law.
Products damaged through misuse, mishandling, or improper storage after delivery may not qualify for a return.
Meeting the 5 ml fragrance usage limit does not automatically guarantee refund approval. All other eligibility conditions must also be satisfied.
